These terms govern your use of Ekezi. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Ekezi helps you plan meals and cook with what you have. Recipes, meal plans, nutrition estimates, substitutions, and images are generated with the help of AI models and are provided for general informational and cooking purposes only.

Your account

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password and sign-in codes private.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate the app and show your saved results back to you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Ekezi for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell or misrepresent AI-generated results as professionally verified advice.

Food safety and health

AI results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgement: check ingredient labels for allergens, follow safe food handling and storage practices, and verify that food is safe to eat before consuming it. Nutrition values and timings are estimates, not guarantees. Nothing in Ekezi is medical, dietary, or professional advice.

Third-party services

The app relies on third-party AI, image, and email providers. Their availability and output may change, and their own terms may apply to the processing they perform on our behalf.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including features that are experimental or in beta.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekezi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on generated recipes, nutrition estimates, substitutions, or images.

Termination

You may stop using Ekezi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
