Ingredients
- 300 g apple with skin
- 60 g dry rolled oats
- 20 g honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 20 g plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 10 ml water
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a small baking dish with 1 tsp olive oil.
- Core and chop 300 g apple with skin into 1.5 cm pieces. Toss the apple with 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 10 ml water in a bowl until evenly coated.
- For the crumble, mix 60 g dry rolled oats, the remaining olive oil (2 tsp), and 10 g honey until the oats are lightly clumped.
- Spread the cinnamon-coated apple in the prepared baking dish, then scatter the oat crumble evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the apple is tender when pierced with a knife and the oat crumble is golden and crisp at the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Drizzle the remaining 10 g honey over the warm crumble.
- Divide the crumble between 2 bowls and top each serving with 10 g plain whole-milk yogurt before serving warm.
