Ingredients
- 250 g plain whole-milk yogurt
- 200 g strawberries
- 40 g dry rolled oats
- 10 g honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp salt
How to make it
Rinse 200 g strawberries, hull them, and cut into 1 cm pieces. Set aside while toasting the oats.
Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat. Add 40 g dry rolled oats and toast for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often, until the oats smell nutty and look lightly golden.
Lower the heat. Drizzle in 1 tsp olive oil and 10 g honey, then sprinkle with 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon and 0.25 tsp salt. Stir for 30 seconds until evenly coated, then transfer to a plate to cool for 2 minutes.
Divide half of 250 g plain whole-milk yogurt between two serving cups and spread it into an even layer.
Spoon half of the strawberries over the yogurt, followed by half of the toasted oat mixture.
Add the remaining yogurt, then finish with the rest of the strawberries and toasted oats.
Serve right away while the oats are crisp. Store any leftover toasted oats in a covered container at room temperature.
