Ingredients
- 60 g dry rolled oats
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 400 g plain whole-milk yogurt
- 150 g banana (excluding peel)
- 150 g strawberries
- 30 g honey
- 2 g ground cinnamon
How to make it
Hull and slice the strawberries. Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Set the fruit aside.
Warm a dry frying pan over medium heat. Add the dry rolled oats and toast, stirring often, for 4 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant.
Drizzle the olive oil over the toasted oats and sprinkle in the ground cinnamon. Stir for 1 minute, then remove the pan from the heat and let the oats cool for 2 minutes.
Divide the plain whole-milk yogurt between 2 bowls, smoothing the tops with a spoon.
Arrange the banana slices and sliced strawberries over the yogurt in each bowl.
Sprinkle the toasted cinnamon oats over the fruit, then drizzle 15 g of honey over each breakfast bowl and serve.
